ssued February 12, 2009
(Philadelphia heads up & heads down) in a Whitman Lincoln Bicentennial Display Holder ; and
*
(1) Genuine and Authentic US Government 1959 Lincoln l cent Stamp
issued February 12, 1959.
*  This Commemorative package was hand-cancelled by the US Postal Service on February 12. 2009 to honor Lincoln's Bicentennial.
*  All contents are sealed and protected inside a postal envelope mailer.
The mailer has a clear cellophane window on the front.
* Package includes the famous Brady portrait image of "President-Elect Lincoln", displayed to the USA when he won the Presidential election in 1860. This image represents Lincoln without his beard as he was about to start his first Presidential term.
* Package measures approximately 10 inches long x 5 inches high and is sealed with Tamper-Proof Tape with a strong cardboard insert to prevent folding.
